As the Director, Business Development you have a mission to grow our business, to be a trusted guide for potential buyers, and to inspire them to adopt our distinctive approach to analytics. The work you do is the first step on a journey of incredible, long-term partnerships with our clients.

Our clients come to us because we're much more than just a technical resource. Downstream from you is a team of the world's best Microsoft data and analytics consultants. We consistently earn a Net Promoter Score over 80 because we help our clients improve their organizations and meet their ambitious goals faster.

Job Responsibilities

  • Convert Marketing Qualified Leads into opportunities
  • Proactively qualify opportunities through the buying journey
  • Generate new leads through prospecting
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts
  • Create great hand-offs between sales and the consulting team
  • Continuously improve our sales process and capabilities
  • Coach the consulting organization on sales excellence
  • Manage Strategic Partnerships
  • Represent P3 Adaptive at Conferences and Webinars
  • Maintain a clean, organized CRM System

    Job Qualifications

    • 3 years experience in sales or related field
    • Proven track record of achieving sales quota and pipeline goals
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    • Proven ability to communicate the magic of Microsoft data tools.
    • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
    • US Citizenship or Green Card (We don’t sponsor work visas)
    • Strong written and spoken English
    • Proven ability to connect with technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Insatiable curiosity and love of learning
