As a P3 Adaptive Power Apps Principal Consultant, you would be creating innovative solutions for diverse businesses from day one. You would build, optimize, secure, and manage clients’ PowerApps. You would be intimately involved every day working with IT and business stakeholders to create and support low-code business application solutions using the Microsoft Model-Driven Power Apps platform.
Our ideal candidate will have hands-on/expert experience with building Canvas apps and model-driven apps and automation in Power Platform. We also prefer candidates with strong data skills with diverse data sources including SharePoint, Dataverse, and/or relational databases.

Job Duties:
- Gathering requirements from business stakeholders and documenting requirements in the form of an Agile story designed to be executed using Power Apps while utilizing best practices within the Power Platform Community
- Developing and shaping data with SQL
- Connecting data from different sources like SharePoint, SQL, or Dataverse in PowerApps
- Creating and supporting new solutions that digitize business processes that help business areas reduce redundant work while enhancing productivity, consistency, and efficiency
- Creating and configuring Power Apps (both Canvas and Model-driven Apps)
- Designing and implementing Power Automate workflows
- Working with business end-users to verify and validate logic
- Organizing development efforts including design, testing, and migrations
- Migrating apps from the development environment to test production as per timelines
- Liaising with Power Bi developers to support reports and dashboards
- Creating and maintaining application solution documentation
- Collaborating with business customers to perform application testing needed to ensure the desired functionality of the solutions meets the business requirements
- Assist in communicating new features released to users
- Proactively share knowledge with co-workers and ensure appropriate knowledge transfer to cover duties during illness, vacations, training, etc
Qualifications would include:
- Strong hands-on experience in the Microsoft Power Platform, including:
- Power Apps – Canvas and Model-Driven Apps with Dataverse (CDS)
- SharePoint Online
- Power Automate
- Power BI is a plus
- Portals and Virtual agents are a plus
Bonus Qualifications - Please let us know if any of the following apply:
- Proficiency in DAX
- Working knowledge of Power Query
- Experience building visualizations in Power BI Desktop
- Experience with SQL, R, Python, Dynamics 365
- Working knowledge of web-based technologies, including HTML code, CSS layout, JavaScript/jQuery, and Bootstrap
- PL-100, PL-200, PL-400 MS Power Platform Developer Certifications
